Gas Certificates

It is a legal requirement for all rented properties to have a valid landlords gas safe certificate.

A landlord/letting agent must arrange for a gas certificate to be carried out by a gas safe registered engineer every 12 months, the tenant should never be asked to pay for this certificate, unless they are providing their own gas equipment and other previously installed equipment has already been checked.
